Well argued but my argument remains the same, what happens to the people in the trial placebo arm ?
Being cynical you might say that the FDA found that Remdesivir had negligible effect on mortality anyway... but that presumably won't be the case for Remestemcel-L...
Is there some small amount of wriggle room if the trial is already fully enrolled, IMHO no because some of the placebo arm patients may still be salvageable~
