It's a good question, not sure we have a good answer. Probably the elapsed time has not been long enough to form a good view on how Remestemcel-L is influencing ongoing sequelae.
Some people are going to gradually going to get better without it, others may be permanently injured, and maybe data will emerge that Remestemcel-L treated patients fare better in this regard...
Again in my view the best way forwards is a Phase 4 followup.
I am very concerned that lung fibrosis in particular will become refractory within weeks / a month and difficult to treat~
