Even if they don't stop the trial or do an EUA, once Ryoncil is approved, can't any doctor prescribe it off label? Doctors know, or will soon know, it is in trials to treat Covid. Maybe this is the strategy? Don't make a big splash with an EUA or early trial stop, let people outside the trial be treated, but don't create the publicity that could inhibit trial enrollment?
