Understand it is a different disease however mortality is quite similar to severe Covid-19 ARDS (60%+), sitting at 70%+ for pediatric SR-GvHD. Also mortalities associated with Covid-19 ARDS seem to occur in a much shorter time frame (days-weeks) compared to pediatric SR-GvHD (weeks-months). So I think looking at the longer 100 day survival rate for pediatric SR-GvHD provides a fairer comparison (30 day survival was close to 95% in the trials).
Personally I'd be interested in the results but understand if you don't want to go through all that effort again.
