In theory this has already been addressed. We raised AUD 100M a few months ago most of which was meant to be for manufacturing, we paid Lonza ~15M to get started on that. So there should be treatments stockpiled and available by now.
The bigger issue of whether we have moved to the 'new' 3d bioreactor based production and whether that has already been scaled into the 500 ~ 5000L range capable of easily addressing the needs for Covid-19 rather than having to go massively parallel for production remain unknown...
The other unknown is what QA is going to satisfy the FDA that the 'new' product is equivalent to the old and what further trials / testing requirements that might raise...
