If you do some research - you will find that the $30 bill is from approx. 5 years ago. and includes standard services provided to all Australians, and only a subset of that amount is used for specialist indigenous programs.
However it's sooooooo effective for the right to use this figure as a blunt edge to claim wastage, over indulgence, and hyper compensatory monies.
As is typical of the right and their attraction to mis and disinformation.
