That's the damn funny thing about all these calls for an Oz property crash.

Most of the doomers here are spec stock pickers only, rotating from junior goldies, bios, oilers and now anything mobile, and anything that is currently trendy.

What they fail to see, and it will hit them like a tonne of bricks, is they'll be wiped out LONG before any property investor suffers and very very quickly.

And there's been some big bear talk here of shorting CBA twice and QBE, and those trades have wiped out 100% in weeks.

Very wary of a big correction in stocks in 2014. imo
