Acorn, I agree with most of the issues that you stated .

What do you consider “small part of the community “ ? What percentage do the young families make up ?
My concern is for those, who are 1) trying to save for a deposit for a house 2) for those who are paying a mortgage for a house that they bought at OVER inflated price. Both husband and wife HAVE TO work to pay the mortgage. They go bust if interest rate goes up or family income is reduced because of unexpected pregnancy ,sickness, or fall unemployed. I guess someone got the answer ,Don t forget the pill ,,Abortion, Divorce ,kids on the road,bankruptcy what else ? Who cares !!!! " #### you, Jack, I'm all right!!" I am trying to point out that Housing Affordability is the responsibility of the government who has the control using TAX REFORM ,and SOCIAL ENGINEERING .
