I'm all for it . Let gays suffer like the rest of us.

Frankly I don't see why politicians are opposing this . Let them have it ,what difference does it make . And it would stop Penny Wong whinging for a week or two . This is top of the agenda ,in fact practically the only thing ,on the mind of the Labor leader in the Senate for months on end. Oh that and the people in detention . You can see she's got her priorities in order helping the people of this country.

But Abbott looks plain silly putting up smokescreens to avoid the issue . Give it to them ,it won't affect anything much ,and they'll shut up for a while
