In the likely absence of some good news, unlikely for another few months, price may consolidate at around these levels. The Funds Under Management (FUM) flow and other business drivers are likely being affected by general uncertainty surrounding the Royal Commission which will impact retail / bank super funds. The Haine RC report is due late this year? Then the Government will need to absorb and decide on the recommendations.
I recall that OVH provides some registry services to NAB (contract commenced about a year - 18 months ago). I don't think this was for share registry services so it may be for superannuation? Is someone closer to what the NAB able to clarify what the NAB contract was about?
