Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and many things challenge logic when it comes to markets and sentiment. Price is always however a direct derivative of what someone else is prepared to pay for it - their reasons etc fall into the mystiques of the first part of this statement.

I too see no natural suitor for this business currently following the tectonic shifts in the Fin Services industry. The funds business was sold to OVH from the registries so they have already voted with their feet to this sort of business and IMO the OVH tech is not what you would call state of the art compared to some of the new disruptive offerings coming to market and causing many advisers to reconsider where they are where they will be in the future.

As already stated - you then have the “Connie factor”
