That flow of money still seems to be happening. Doesn't mean there's a lot that one could consider cheap.
OVH is a tough one to figure out. The figures provided don't tell you much about the customer aquisition cost (CAC). Onboarding unit registry clients is very tedious, so there's a lot of manual work regardless of the level of automation in daily processes.
If management gave some insight into CAC, I'd be far more comfortable.
