Hi Guys

Very intresting announcement, looks like they may have discovered another resource outside the current resource area which continues out to the east. Hopefully these smaller intersections are just the begining of a widening seam system.

Even with the current intersections of coal this would be economic as seams as small as half a meter are mined here in Australia, provided the coal is of good quality (Coking Coal). Also they have changed rigs which could indicate what was said earlier about problems with drilling rigs and operators, "A change to the fleet of drill rigs at site is also being made for added flexibility in exploration drilling." either way good to see they have opted for all weather rigs which can drill through the harsh winter.

There still looks to be alot of potential to increase the resource with the current extention program. With the resource open to the east and east, south and north with the newly defined area. If they can define a larger resource to the north then we could easily see the market cap exceed past previous highs. The current market cap that we have is due to broader market movements and delayed news, once the news flow improves and we see the critical scoping study we will see the stock rerate imo.

Looks good from here with plenty of area's still to drill out in the current tenements. Looking at the mapped area it is easy to see the company is really only scrathing the surface of the ovoot project. Looking forward to the news flow picking up, GL to all holders
