According to the last quarterly:
Cash on hand end Sept $3.5M
Estimated quarterly spend $550k
I don't follow OVR closely enough to know if aynthing has occured which would change this quarter's estimated spend, but if it hasn't then there should still be approx $3M in the bank.
Watching for a potential change of direction in the next several days. Is there any news imminent which would support such a move?
