Hard decision to sell at a significant loss. I agree, the recent capital raise speaks volumes about the market's confidence with OVT. I cannot recall the last time a company tried raising cash at a 30% plus premium. Unless they get some sort of immediate cash injection, the future is looking dreadful for OVT. Their recent 4C tells the entire story of the financial health.
