That's a fantasy price. They aren't paying that. They are waiting for VA and then will offer peanuts for it.
There isn't enough time for IDSB sale to provide enough cash. The only option after is for sophisticated and insiders to raise capital. Will they keep doing this every 6 months? I doubt it.
