The same thing happens to me. Some rampers are far from decent. I believe a large number of them are actually stuck themselves. But instead of urging OVT to make real progress and deliver on the promises made in their announcements, they choose to sugarcoat the truth and mislead new investors into holding the stock—while they themselves won't buy a single additional share. They're not true believers tbh. They're just going along with the deception.
