Failure to raise capital is a huge concern. ZIP went through some dark times in 2022-2023, however, I never recall them failing to raise capital. Market has always had some sort of underlying confidence despite the macroeconomic headwinds. OVT on the other hand looks like it’s about to go under. Keast suddenly exits, huge shortfall in recent credit raise and burning cash like a toddler with a credit card in a toy store. Things are not looking good. As @Tekvest put it yesterday “POOOOOOOOOOF and it’s gone”
