Interesting question that one. They have never made an advance and have no capital, business plan or customers. Led ASX to ask who was behind it.......but it signed a contract in perpetuity which can only be cancelled by 'an act of bankruptcy'. And it will only use 'best endeavours' to source funding because it cannot guarantee it lol. What sort of tomfoolery is that? Enough to get ASX asking questions
