100%. All the plans in the world are stuff all if there is no spondulix to pay for it. This deal will instil a lot of confidence but it will erode more if there are delays.
News needs to come out soon or the share price will start to decline. It's been holding at current levels for around 6 weeks. This won't last much longer.
