This is what I would wager it is. Announcements usually come out in the 15-10 min window before opening and the order gets pulled around the 10 min mark.
When news comes it will have to be very good to make the share price move. Buyers have been accumulating for weeks at this level and will sell hard into news and make a tidy profit even on a small jump in price.
