I started noticing unusual trading on Tuesday, the 11th which had me a little concerned and after yesterday's trading it was confirmed.

The nature of the selling was slow to start and got more aggressive as the week went on but the crescendo was the huge dump in the last minute of trade not during the auction but in the very last minute of trade.

This is very unusual as there was a buy line of over 20,000,000 @ .016 from about 12 pm onwards so this seller could have sold slowly over a 4-hour window but no they made a real point of doing it in the very last minute on a Friday.

Now home many OVT holders have 30,000,000 shares to dump in one gow and they started selling on Tuesday so all in all around 80,000,000 to 90,000,000 shares sold. That is a lot of shares and would put that holder or holders in the top 5 holders.

So that got me thinking about what could happen that would make someone sell so many shares at current prices? They could have sold 8 weeks ago for nearly double.

We know Keast was giving his plan to the board around now and probably presented it to the board on Monday.

Given all of this, I have a feeling this is a disgruntled board member maybe one that has been voted out or forced to resign. This is obviously pure speculation on my part and probably wrong but that dump in the last minute of trade feels like someone not happy and sending a message.
