He is right about one thing. This needs progress to have the SP climb higher.
A plan might get this to 3c (just throwing out an example) but it’s progress that will either keep it there, or help propel it to new heights. A plan without execution will see it drop back from 3c to 1c etc.
We all know Keast is the right man for the job, but he needs money to make that plan happen. The CR is a start, IDSB sale is next.
