hegarty was able to get his money out prior to the stock being suspended - it is absolutely crucial that asic should have demanded evidence of his so-called margin calls. i would be pacified if such evidence exists.

in the interim many ordinary shareholders were forced into situations similar to that which rebel found himself in.
