    Use the AGM question page (either on paper or via the internet) to ask the board why they did it? If enough ask, the chairman may be obliged to offer an explaination.

    I am a big believer in "if you don't ask then do not complain." All shareholders have the opportunity to voice their concern (that has been expressed in HC) to the board. I have.
