Owens Springs Power Station Upgrade

Earlier today the Qtly Operations Report for 1Q17 noted the following in a list of unusual bad news reported from the company on Page 2;

"...chronically low offtake of gas from Dingo possibly caused by the upgrade continuing at the Owens Springs Power Station".

My favourite words here are "possibly caused". Based on the following I would say "definitely caused".

Surely CTP knew about this upgrade? Well, they did, and previously it was news worth celebrating, per the last paragraphs of the article in the attached CTP website link:

"Dingo gas field is physically supplying gas to Alice’s Owen Springs Power Station. It is planned that Owen Springs Power Station will be upgraded by 2017, increasing demand for Dingo’s gas.
All in all, these developments herald the unlocking of the Amadeus Basin’s existing conventional gas fields. Mr Cottee said that in Central’s view, there was no other “town like Alice”."

A positive spin one day, not so positive when Big Mac are breathing down your neck.

Anyone have any idea of the gas demand this power station will need when the upgrade completed?
