    youre right Carl, probably no more investment by GXY is needed to sign the whole complete entity
    over to Galaxy. (hell, maybe even GXY will get a bit of a refund from the final
    transaction)

    On the AJM issue, GXY may have a competitor in the form of MIN (theyre not far away geographically)
    but who knows
