Not me, Yellowcake. No way am I going to cave in. Of course, being a holder of both SMM and PDN is a win-win situation, being both predator and prey.
But I think an offer of $7.50 - $10 per SMM share would see me start to weaken. And of course, that's a cash OR scrip offer - not pure scrip as the current one is. The current offer value changes from day to day depending on the value of PDN's shares.
Given that I already hold a LARGE parcel of PDN, I'd prefer to take the cash, thanks. Yup - $10 a share should do it.... ;)
