Fair point and point taken BUT....... and I totally agree that the "mum and dad" investors that have been caught up in this total balls up are the ones that will no doubt suffer as I can see no "favourable" outcome in this mess.

Regardless, IMO, there is a line in the sand that needs to be taken surely?, so begs the question though, doesn't it?
Do you think that money is more than important than "potential" life?
