ALY has just announced the detail of the underwritten rights issue & share allotment to Grosvenor Gold Pty Limited for the tenement package that they (ALY) recently agreed to buy.
RNI announced "will acquire all the issued capital of Grosvenor Gold Pty Limited" ... therefore owning all assets of Grosvenor.
I may be totally incorrect .. but does this mean that RNI will soon be the proud owners of 17% of ALY :)?
Assuming that both deals go through ...
