I'd say "no".
Inter alia, the GG ALY areas would have been transferred to ALY before the RNI Agreement with GG. RNI will acquire the balance of the GG tenements, assuming of course the S'holders approve. That's how I see it and an inspection of the map on the last RNI Ann will show that the ALY GG tenements are not included. Refer to the last ALY (amended) Presentation for a map showing the ALY GG tenements. They are either adjacent to or adjoin the RNI GG holdings..
