Shady ... I'm referring to the 'issue of shares' to Grosvenor Gold Pty Ltd from the ALY-GG deal. Surely if RNI end up with Grosvenor Gold Pty. Limited (as an entity) they will also end up with the 26,923,077 ordinary ALY shares to be issued to Grosvenor as part of that settlement. If this is correct then they would own ~17% of ALY script.
Yes ALY will hold the tenure of that deal - no dispute about that :)
