Owner's and Management Experience

Hi all,
I am close to hitting go on investing in this company. Upside appears to be large considering the term sheet agreements, the premium nature of the graphite (not EV quality) and the likelihood of securing the final piece of funding to make this project a reality.

However, I have been fishing around for information on the major owners of the company and the experience of the management team.

I am particularly interested in both groups experience in developing mine's from scratch and their experience itself in graphite.

Is anyone able to provide some information that can help me. I feel like a strong ownership and management group will be the final tick for me here.
