    Kilnsey now has a call option over and voting control of the Woodbridge and Saliden holdings, giving him 10% of Konekt.

    From LinkedIn I find that "Kilnsey is a small private Advisory firm, specialising in corporate restructuring, primarily of listed entities, and of prospective listed companies. Capital raising, backdoor listing, asset sales and acquisition planning and transformation projects". Ken Carr is the MD.
