    It can appear that way but this is a huge concern that is throwing the baby out with the bath water. They have made their decision to divorce themselves from Xped, I don't believe there actions are to drive the price down it actually appeared they were trying to prop it up so they could bail out the best way possible. Look at the volume this is surreal.
