Amazing @hotmix, love your work. ASIC recently acknowledged my complaint with the wordings (copied below). I took out any references due to confidentiality. It goes to show that they are looking into our complaints, therefore suggest that all concerned holders do the same if you haven't already. And no we don't need to provide extensive proof to support our claim (as one troll suggested). 100's of shareholders voicing concerns can be a powerful deterrent to avoid such events from happening in the future. In my view, wrong was done (due to reasons previously covered by a few on HC) however, its ASIC's job to confirm that through a thorough and impartial investigation.

'Thank you for your correspondence of (Date xxxx) where you have raised concerns about a decline in the share price of iSignThis Limited securities and the publication of a report by XXX Ltd.'

The email ended with standard wordings copied below.

'ASIC does not comment on operational matters or our assessment of information in relation to markets matters, and we are unable to provide further details about what, if any, action we may or may not take in relation to the concerns you have raised. We hope you can appreciate the reasons why we do not make such comment.'
