John Benger & Imperial Granite & Minerals wish to clarify the issue of ownership of ML23825. Legally, Thor Mining is the owner of ML23825, however, my problem, as previously posted,is that as far as the NT Mines Dept. is concerned Imperial is the registered owner and as such is liable for everything that occurs within the boundaries of the ML. This puts Imperial in a position of potential financial jeopardy. Thor has had a signed transfer since April of last year and has not registered it. This is unacceptable to me. The original Exploration Licence,from which the ML has resulted, was purchased from Imperial by Tennant Creek Gold Pty. Ltd. for $ 1.00. I am sending Thor a letter of apology.
