If John is correct then there are several matters that need answers. e.g. Why have THR procrastinated since April 2008 to register the transfer? If it ain't THR's fault then what is / has happened at the NT Mines Dept? This all sounds like pretty sloppy admin. to me. If so, it needs fixing. And quick.
