The price has jumped on substantial volume which has to be positive. There might be more selling but, more importantly, someone (or more than one) has stepped up to the plate to buy. My guesstimate is that 20% of the 75 million share overhang could be sold and we are close to that. Perceptions will then change quickly from "overhang" to "tight register" and "got to get on board".
Management (Chairman and CEO) should be encouraged to get out and market this story even more!! The volume today must be an indication they are beginning to do this and their efforts are paying off. It is a good story and it should pay off.
One suggestion - more marketing overseas please. I know for a fact that OSL is on the watch list of some overseas institutional fund managers and it should not be hard to get them on board. Then this stock will be re-rated.
