Without cross checking all Directors and Management members from the 4 separate company's there dose seems to be shirt swapping going on with this lot, from what I can gather from the limited information on all websites everything was founded from Proxima yet the same directors are working in all off spring?
BNE seems to be the only publicly listed company, with pretty much no real progress that I can see just looking back a couple years announce and the chart back to 2008 well one little puff of lift 09/01/12 . Of course the creation of the drugs would take some time I'm not doubting that.
But I wonder why is BNE listed on the ASX when the other 4 company's are privately owned in UK by our Founding Members?
Our directors are listed under all companies from Proxima, Proxima is listed on William Harvey Research Ltd, not to be confused with William Harvey Research Limited, yet BNE is not. Is this because of our founding Directors Dr New & Glenn Travers ownership with Proxima, shouldn't BNE be listed as its its own publicly listen company? I now wonder are we only funding BNE trails or more of our sisters trails under Proxima, are the sister companies even active? Do share holders own the drug if they are to come to market or could this all disappear within the network owned by these Directors?
It seems information is a long time coming with BNE, from all 5 Proxima owned websites BNE is actually outstanding in comparison with information, and I think we can all agree it looks like year 7's website building workshop completed at school. Possibly only because of these required share holder updates.
Well fancy that I just found another company Infexion listed under Proxima and last updated 2007.
Sems Dr New & Travers, has his finger in almost every BioTech market possible!
Needless to say all this information could be well out of date, as we seem to be running the same original website. Now if our board is tired up with Proxima, who owns the drugs?

Just looking at top 50 list I can not see anyone from Proxima's management lists holding BNE, besides Proxima themselves at 17 odd million. Not much of a holding for a pair of punters running 5 bio companies and tired up with some major players in the global research industry William Harvey….
Where is BNE's CEO Peter Young amount all this?
