    thanks Eshmun, i saw the right to gain the extra 10%.....have you seen the terms of the JV written up anywhere eg in the Annual Report.

    Interested to know what the cost of that 10% will be and at what point the minority partner has to start contributing......are they free carried to BFS, for example?
