Ownership?

Have owned this stock for over a decade. I truly believe it has huge potential and things are starting to slowly fall into place.
Still can't work out who owns what from this latest announcement. ZER is obviously a major player, if not the main player. They seem to be involved in a lot of acquisitions recently. Is anyone concerned that they may make a takeover offer for GME? If so I believe it would be to the detriment of us smaller shareholders as any offer would be well below the actual long term potential of this company. All of us long term holders will remember a $1 takeover offer made many years ago that was rejected by management at the time.

Appreciated any thoughts on this.
