Zeta is effectively the same management as GME (both James and Peter are involved I think) so I don't see Zeta taking over GME ? Zeta don't have a heap of cash on hand either which is what this project wold need to move forward, however them increasing their stake is a positive thing. To progress this thing I only really see a total takeover or JV with another company or an off-take partner.
