    The sooner they do it the CHEAPER for them.


    MIG has no interest.

    MIG and TCL formed some sort of pact years ago.

    The only discernible fruit has been the Westlink joint venture.

    Otherwise MIG gives TCL the green light to acquire Australian toll roads...
