It's hard to explain the absolute peace of mind that owning your own home gives you . It doesn't have to be a mansion or maybe you have to shift to a country town and sure , the gutters might need painting but knowing that you have somewhere comfortable to live is a great feeling.
Even if you lose your job and have to cut back on lifestyle things , it's still a great feeling , particularly when you get older . Talk to a pensioner about it .
