Possessions should never be the basis for happiness , however given 2 people with similar circumstances I believe the guy who eventually owns his / her house outright after years of work will have a better chance of contentment later on than the non homeowner. The mere level of homeownership in Australia reinforces that conclusion as opposed to a nothing article written by a person with what credentials?
