    From what I understand, the partnership is based around research, where AusCann are able to supply research that they received from Canopy, so it goes down the chain to ZLD. AusCann will provide ZLD with the product to research with. ZLD are researching their own thing, so success in one does not necessarily mean success for the other. Others, please correct me if I'm wrong
