aimone, ok if you want to go through all that to save some tax, however my response was to a question zoid asked ,ie, what entity is suitable for trading shares (in Australia) my suggestion was a Pty lTd company, no trusts , just pay the company tax on earnings (if any) andf be a good corporate citizen.
