teefer, everyone has been getting toey about the placements at cheaper levels. but consider this. perhaps these angolans who can help CVI are, as Smyth suggests, long term holders. Just because they are from a developing nation does not mean they are not sophifisticated and perhaps they truely do understand the value of the projects CVI is trying to acquire. if that is the case what they are probably asking for, in return for their help, is X percentage of the company rather than X dollars worth of shares.
Percentages is usually how asset ownership is expressed. CVI owned 79% of catabola. i don't know the dollar value of that.
So it wouldn't matter if the shares were 15c or 50c. if the right people who can help want a certain percentage of the company then that will be what determines how many shares they get.
