In May 2001 someone wispered to me that the stock will hit $ 0.30 be year's end.
The wisperer told me 3 months ago they are aiming/hoping/praying for $ 0.50 by this year's end.
Pure horse d'heuvre of course......and the wisperer admitted his (quite considerable) conflict of interest.
My charts tell me it is above 50MAV, lacks volume and STAC 13/3 is not yet telling me to enter - but then, that's what they said last year.....
OXR is, in my humble opinion is a purely speculative stock, but, I am happy to punt on it. (Will enter at the next retrace)
